Suffolk Downs, East Boston, 8/19/2002
This bird, discovered
by Geoff Wood on 8/17/2002 in the "Oasis Ponds" between
the Suffolk Downs Racetrack parking lot and adjacent oil tank
farm, was still present this morning at 7a.m. It's been a while
since I've seen one of these once common birds.
